What is a Doula?

Traditionally speaking, women in the past have been surrounded by a group of knowledgeable supportive women during labor. The word Doula means “Support Women”. A Doula’s job is to offer continuous emotional, physical and psychological support throughout the birth experience. For every woman, the lasting memories of their babies birth will linger with them for a lifetime! Our passion is to empower all couples through education and birth preparation , so that they may reflect on their baby’s birth, as one of the greatest moments in their lives!
